A Change of Heart Update

I'm breaking my self-imposed rule of not posting more than once a week, so please forgive me. The good news is this will be a short post, promise.

If you know me on Facebook, you might know what this is. My sister (I posted about her need for a heart transplant last week) got back after an exhausting trip to Houston and the heart transplant center that would be handling her surgery. They ran a plethora of tests and came to the conclusion she DOESN'T NEED A HEART TRANSPLANT at this time!

God is always faithful to hear and answer our prayers. The doctors there feel they can adjust her meds and her defibrillator as well as some new things and coax more life out of her heart. It is such wonderful news I think we are all still smiling.

Also, I am headed out of town today for a conference and will have limited Internet access, so I probably won't be able to comment much on your posts until next week.

I hope your weekend is uncommonly good and full of unexpected blessings. Squeeze all you can out of each moment~
